A top project management tip from my morning walk by the Torre Do Belem, Lisbon. It takes me about 20 minutes of brisk walking before the brain chatter subsides and my brain starts to whir into action.
Think about the people who will be impacted by your project or business and what power, interest or influence they have over it. These stakeholders need to be analyzed, categorized and a strategy put in place as to how you will engage them. The ability to influence these stakeholders at the initiating stage of your project is essential for project success.
